Is the documentation and registration of the contract between the lessor and the lessee formally with the SEZAD, after conforming the requirements
- The application is received by one stop shop (First Line), check the documents and the rent contract information
- Then the Commercial Registration Department checked the request including companies’ registration and activity mentioned in the contract
- Then the Clearance and Building Permit Department review the contact, calculate the fees and approved the contract if it fulfils the requirement.
- Then the applicant informed to pay the fees and received the approved contract
