Is the documentation and registration of the contract between the lessor and the lessee formally with the SEZAD, after conforming the requirements

  1. The application is received by one stop shop (First Line), check the documents and the rent contract information
  2. Then the Commercial Registration Department checked the request including companies’ registration and activity mentioned in the contract 
  3. Then the Clearance and Building Permit Department review the contact, calculate the fees and approved the contract if it fulfils the requirement.
  4. Then the applicant informed to pay the fees and received the approved contract
  5. Comment

Note: The applicant will be notified in case the contact is not compliance with the requirements
