The applicant grants a licensed commercial record and a certificate of confirmation of a mortgage.

  • The mortgagee party shall submit a written letter to the same station in the Authority, including a request to register the mortgage contract with the Commission
  • Three original copies of the mortgage contract for both the current party and the mortgagee
  • Commercial registration certificate for each party
  • The relevant employee shall review the application and the accompanying documents and verify that the legal requirements are met

Documenting a pledge for the right of usufruct of one thousand of the value of the contract with a minimum of RO 20 and a maximum of OMR 100 payable once when the contract is registered

Mortgage contract fees 1% of the value of credit facilities.

A certificate attesting to the holding of a mortgage.
