The company transferred to the worker to submit an application for the transfer of the service agent electronically through the site of the Ministry of Manpower and is approved by electronic certification of the company transferred from and transferred to the condition that there is a license for the company to be transferred to it, along with the attached documents required and mentioned in the regulation.
This department shall study the application and approve it after making sure that it meets the requirements
Note: This service has not been activated to enable this department to decide on such applications due to failure to complete the link with the Ministry of Manpower.
