The applicant shall be granted an exemption from income tax after fulfilling all his requirements such as registration of the company in the economic zone of Al DUQM, obtaining a license to practice the activity, achieving the Omanisation rate of 10% with the provision of bank statements.
- The application is received by one stop shop, check the documents
- Then review the documents.
- Submit a memorandum to the Chairman of the Commission.
- Direct the request to the General Secretariat of the tax to decide the request.
- Issuance of tax exemption by a decision of the Minister of Finance.
