- A certified copy of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the International Company in its head office, with a translated copy in Arabic.
- A certified certificate of registration of the company at its head office in the country of origin, with translation into Arabic.
- Authorized delegation from the head office authorizes the branch manager / managers to carry out management work in the Sultanate, with translation into Arabic.
- Submit a certified letter bearing the main position of the branch's work in the Sultanate.
- A copy of the agreement concluded between the company and the contracting entity.
