Is a Construction permit for investors to start the project execution after approving the drawings according to building regulations and standers and this permit will be valid for one year and can be renewed annually
- The application is received by one stop shop (First Line), check the documents
- Then the clearance and building permit department review the documents
- Transfer the request to concern departments to review and approve it.
- Send it back to consultant if there is any comments.
- Stamp all drawings after the concern department approval and mention the Permit number.
- Prepare the Permit and calculate the fee.
- Payment and collect the permit.
