A card issued to food handlers based on the result of a medical examination issuing by approved authority confirming the absence of infectious diseases
- The application is received by one stop shop (First Line).
- Then Clearance and Building Permit Department review the documents
- If there is no comment the fees calculated, permit issued and handed to the applicant after fees paid
Note: The applicant will be notified in case the contact is not compliance with the requirements
